This PR add option instance_index and param_mask to reduce the workload of instance test instance_index: only run test 1 available instance with specified index. param_mask: filter the embedded parameter with specified mask

We need to reset the q buffer and rerun all kernels. * Fix synchronization issue in splitkv combine pipeline Different warps can read and then rewrite the same values of lse_acc_lds. Sometimes warps progress at different speeds, one warp can rewrite values that are still being read by another warp.
