It works good enough for the Night of Science, I think.

TODO for merge:

  • Integer upscaling (akin to out_sdl2) to combat 4:2:2 subsampling
  • Resolution/FPS(/Name) parameters

I have a feeling that it's 4:2:2 or 4:2:0, but it works good enough for the Night of Science, I think.

This lets us ignore the 4:2:2 subsampling as it's quite important in our usecase.
