Add XRMoCap web renderer. Major features:

  1. Camera Visualization. Given a set of camera parameters generated by XRPrimer, the viewer is able to create camera objects in the scene, which allows the users to view and control the cameras in an interactive manner.
  2. SMPL Body Animation Visualization. The viewer is able to load cached SMPL body animation(.glb file) and control the playback.
