Changes to .gitignore

  • Added an entry to exclude .DS_Store files under the section "# Apple stuff."

Changes to README.md

  • Expanded the "README.md" file with detailed instructions for setting up a Raspberry Pi with the Waveshare 2-Channel Isolated RS485 Expansion HAT using the SC16IS752 chip.
