I have merged the two branches to enable the option to enable toggling to joycons. I modified the toggle function to use (plus and home) to emulate the right joycon and (minus and home) to emulate the left joycon. Pressing either toggle combination again will revert to pro controller. All controllers identify as pro controllers by default.
Joycon colour functionality, firmware spoofing, and etc was copied over from the experiment. These functions can be removed if desired.
I have tested on my switch on 16.0.3 with a wii motion plus remote and the added functionality functions as expected from what I can tell. I have yet to test the motion control feature on the emulated joycon.
