The site content is a homepage for JS libraries in github.com/compositejs org.
Some links in the page are dependent on #10143 #10144 #10145 .

Hi! Please could you open up separate pull requests for each subdomain you wish to request, rather than requesting them all in a single PR, so that we can review the content for each individually.
