I'm afraid this PR isn't functioning properly. Someone needs to debug it before we can release it. |

I think this is an awesome contribution. Definitely have a requirement for this. I'll see about debugging this. I'll come back when I have more info. |

Added Magnifier component which will create a pixelated canvas and on mouse move renders a synchronized magnifier with that canvas.
