Description
This PR adds differential parsing test to compare parsing behavior of
slowVM and EVM implementations, using Foundry Fuzz and ffi.For now, simply integrated new fuzz tests into the CI with running a bit short time. We're planning to enhance effect of fuzz tests, by managing consistent corpus, long-running dedicated fuzz server, and etc.
