Bsv did driver

This PR integrates the BSV DID method (did:BSV into Universal Resolver. The driver resolves BSV DID via the standard /1.0/identifiers/{did} endpoint. It adds the ^(did:BSV:.+)$ mapping, a sample test identifier, and hooks the service into the default compose.
