I included the changes by @alxy for the maxVelocities. In addition, I seperated the meshes, and added a solid for the toolSlot (automates the urdf-creatioin for ik).

This PR contains the changes from #12 too.
And it has some conflicts with the master branch in the 'robots/WLkata/protos/Mirobot.proto' file.
