This PR resolves the issues mentioned in previous PRs (#79, #97, #98), which can now be closed.
Maintenance fixes:

• Dynamically set EVM version based on block number Use old evm version to reproduce the exploit #98
• Fix time logic in TornadoCash_Governance attack.
• Correct typos and test name mismatches Fix moonbean/m typo, change bridge for bridges #97.
• Update fork selection to use vm.envString("RPC_URL") for Fantom and Gnosis projects.
• Add/update project link Update README.md #79 .
