What's the metadata.yaml change here? I can't see it or comment on it.

It was the lang: "en" line change. Now I updated the submodule to be the latest by using these commands:

$ cd md/wg21
$ git checkout master
$ git pull
$ cd ../..
$ git add md/wg21
$ git commit -m "Update md/wg21"
$ git push
$ _
