Add Python Random Module Article

👋 Hi,

I am a 12-year-old student completing a GitHub course project on Codecademy.

For this project, I created a new Python Docs article to explain the random module in Python. The article includes:

• An explanation of how the module works
• Two beginner-friendly examples of how to use the module
• A simple cheat sheet of common functions and what they do

I really enjoyed using the random module when I was first learning how to code, so I wanted this to be the topic of my project.
