Change 1

Error:

$ az spring-cloud app update --name ${API_GATEWAY} --is-public true
RequiredArgumentMissingError: the following arguments are required: --resource-group/-g, --service/-s

In addition: I guess this assumes az configure --defaults is executed in advance.

Change 2

To prevent followings

terraform/.terraform/
terraform/terraform.tfstate
