Consistent look for jump plugins #223

Hi!

It would be great to force the look of the different jump plugins to be in sync. Hop has two (well, technically four) kinds of label highlights, and shows a large number of labels for motions like HopWord, so it might need a different approach, but Sneak, Leap, and Flash are the exact same thing in this respect, so there really is no reason to use different settings in the first place.

What prompted me to raise this issue is #195, which made some, um, questionable changes to Leap. If there are visibility problems, then we should make labels lighter or more saturated, instead of making the backdrop even darker (one can barely see the underlying text on dark background now). Personally I feel that backdrop highlight is more of an annoyance than a help most of the time. The frustrating blink in the whole window for all quick jumps (~0.5 secs) is the exact opposite of "zen". Linking backdrop at least to Comment is a tolerable compromise, which mitigates this effect a bit, but it might be best to leave it to users to set backdrop if they really want. WDYT?

Anyway, I'm personally okay with any arrangement, as long as it is used consistently in all such labeling plugins. I think the current settings for Flash are quite nice.

Still a big fan of these themes btw!
