Unable to get all formulas

As shown in the attached file, using calamini, the worksheet only found 86 formulas, but there should actually be 805.

calamine doesn't support PtgExp (array/shared) formula yet. I'll probably have some time in the coming months, I'll see if I can make it work.

@jmcnamara Please consider reopening this. Having issues which point to gaps where calamine does not cover real-world documents is valuable. This may motivate contributions. It is very hard to otherwise know based on specs and code alone where these gaps are.
