Hide field type in message preview (SchemaRegistry serde)

Hello!

Is there a way to hide the field type in the message preview with the SchemaRegistry serde?

For example a message with the given value preview:

    "uuid_values": {
        "array": [
            {
                "uuid_value": {
                    "string": "13a6e438-2f2d-412d-aeea-263005dff922"
                }
            },
            {
                "uuid_value": {
                    "string": "0c6e4209-2ebf-4e6e-8ec8-ccf6955c1e3d"

And I want it to be previewed like this:

It would be nice as that is how conduktor or akhq show messages. I'll open an issue so it can be considered to be implemented
