add link to "reviewer profile" from joss profile page :)

Currently the user profile and editor profile on the joss page

• https://joss.theoj.org/editor_profile

and then the reviewer profile is on a separate page:

• https://reviewers.joss.theoj.org/profile

it seems like it would be a lot of work to unify that reviewer system with the joss website, but in the meantime it would be nice to just add a link to the reviewer profile right here:
