Block bots and crawlers from the api

📃 Description

Sometimes bots and crawlers can get aggressive or their traffic is unwanted. Implement https://github.com/JayBizzle/Crawler-Detect to block this traffic from hitting the API.

Cloudflare should handle this for v1. But we should consider for v2.
