Oops. It was my idea that it might have to be power of 2... I was curious so I looked into it and it turns out ReadSize needs to be divisible by 4. I show my investigative work below.

The error message corresponds to error -20

oni_fifo_dat_t is a 32bit data type, so ReadSize has to be a multiple of four.

I feel like it's worth revising the error message (and the property description? both the attribute and the XML comment)
