Add ability to download zipped folder in addition to the workflow

With the advent of Bonsai v2.9.0, editor and layout files are now saved in a .bonsai folder that is close to the the *.bonsai file in question, allowing us to specify visualizers and window layouts in our documentation workflows. However, these are not currently downloaded if the user clicks the Copy button on an SVG. It would be useful to add a secondary option, similar to what we have in Sphinx docs, where the user can either copy the workflow itself, or download a folder with the additional settings saved.
