Steps to reproduce
In the uninstall registry, e.g. Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall{8CD191BB-EDD9-431D-B97B-B6FA5D01C887} is missing a registry key InstallLocation, which has value of the PowerToys installed folder.
✔️ Expected Behavior
Has InstallLocation key with PowerToys installed folder.
