Current Behavior: On the Glossary page of the docs website, there is no move-up (scroll-to-top) icon. Other pages already have this feature, but the glossary page is missing it.

Expected Behavior:

1. Add a move-up icon to the Glossary page so users can easily scroll back to the top.

2. The icon should behave and look similar to other pages in the docs site.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open the docs website.

2. Navigate to the Glossary page.

3. Scroll down and notice that there is no move-up icon.
