Bug Description

I am trying to load a .csv from my class into JASP. Every time I locate the .csv and attempt to open it, JASP crashes. I have opened the .csv in Excel, as well as a regular text file. There are no issues or inconsistencies in the file.

Expected Behaviour

JASP should load a new document with the .csv data input into the cells.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open JASP
2. Click the three blue lines in the top left corner (or if I click the "open a data file and take JASP for a spin" link in the bottom center, OR if I open a blank data sheet)
3. I click open
4. Computer
5. Browse
6. I select the .csv that contains the data needed for input
7. I click select (blue button in the top right corner)
8. JASP crashes immediately

I see you are running chromeos, just using JASP does work?
Can you open datasets from the data library?

Ive tested your file on macos arm and it works fine there. So its probably related to running on chromeos, not so much to the file?
But lets see.

Works on linux flatpak just fine. I made a .jasp-file from the CSV - does this help you @jordinschanck-dev

maybe chromebooks also deal with the "older flatpak version issue" we see in the last days since 0.95.3
