Hi @simonklopstad-max Does this happen only with the PCA analysis? Do you have a JASP file which shows this error?

When I try to filter out some answering options as missing, because I want to conduct PCA on other variables, it usually loads forever. AND the variables I filtered out still stands as missing so that I cant do the PCA. "The following problem(s) occurred while running the analysis:
Data not valid: too many missing values in variable(s)"
