Missing DLLs in windows10

[CornN64]

0.2 works but both 0.3 and 0.4 won't start and complains on missing
VCRUNTIME149.dll
MSVCP140.dll
VCRUNTIM140_1dll

Perhaps this is some MS package that I am missing?

indeed the installer for Windows does not include those libraries.
According to my quick test, the dependencies are similar to what you describe but not identical:

Can you try to install the latest VC Redistributable package following https://vcredist.com/quick/ ?
If your problem is fixed, I might give it a try to run as part of NetListViewer installer...

Thanks for the quick reply!
If I installed the most recent VC Redistributables from MS -> https://aka.ms/vs/17/release/vc_redist.x64.exe
it still did not work (?)
With the powershell script you provided it did update the VC stuff and then 0.4 installed/worked fine.
