Enable Support for & character in titles of Books #123
Description
Context
Some books would like to use & in the titles.
For example, we have removed this usage in 651674e to allow for compatibility with LaTeX / PDF.
Proposal
Enable support for the & character in titles and text by updating title text to escape the character in LaTeX/TeX
