Control+D (EOF) key binding is occasionally lost when using Console view

Sometimes, I'm unable to signal EOF to my Java application while running via launch configuration. The binding popup (enabled via General/Keys/Show key binging...) does not appear in such state.

Closing the Console view and reopening it, usually helps.

Am I the only one?
I'm on MacOS 12.7.

I've tried hard to reproduce, but it only happens during natural workflow. Something is probably wrong with focus management, but exact details are unclear.
