Fix flash of "sorry" UI message after submitting VCs during CHAPI exchange #78
Description
After submitting VCs during a CHAPI exchange the UI will sometimes quickly flash the "sorry you don't have the credentials" message before successfully completing the exchange. It's probably the case that the exchange UI gets reset in some way after the user clicks "submit"/"continue" ... and it clears out the VCs being displayed. This state shouldn't be displayed to the user.
