Deprecations:

• Removal of Deprecated Components: As marked in the previous version, several deprecated data sources, resources, and properties have been permanently removed in this release. If your Terraform configurations use any of the items listed below, you will need to update them before upgrading to this version to avoid errors.
• Individual dbtcloud_connection (dbtcloud_bigquery_connection, dbtcloud_fabric_connection, etc.) are migrated to dbtcloud_global_connection
