Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Thank you for the great addon. Since this extension is not available in an open registry like https://open-vsx.org, I can only install it on Microsoft's vscode and not any of its derivatives like code-server (https://github.com/cdr/code-server/)

Describe the solution you'd like
Please add your extension to the https://open-vsx.org registry so that it can be used from vscode derivatives and vscode installs that use openvsx repo and reaches more users.
