Flatpak is available now!!!

I'll announce that we can run webots by flatpak. Fortunately, linux arm64 is also supported. Please look at my pr to flathub: flathub/flathub#6852

Try it by running

flatpak install --user https://dl.flathub.org/build-repo/205646/com.cyberbotics.webots.flatpakref

@omichel Hi! I think we need a way to download xc16-1.24.zip for linux arm64, like it for x86_64. Of course, we can go to the official website to download it, but it doesn't provide a direct link, and we need to login, so we cannot download it when building flatpak. In my manifest, it'll download the xc16 for x86_64 when building arm64.

Or we don't install xc16 into webots for arm64.

It is not very useful, so I would suggest to not install it.
