What we did in the meeting

• Discussed log quota, and how to make it fit all the log lines ensure logging quota is not exceeded #2339
• Promote staging to production - making Rails 7.1 the current running version.
• Started the Rails 7.2 update in Update to Rails 7.2 #2343
• Puma dependabot PR: to get to major 7.0, we need to change config/puma.rb to refer to the updated names of callbacks (e.g on_worker_boot).
• We looked at RECAPTCHA_SITE_KEY #2341
