Describe the bug

When navigating the autocomplete field with arrows in both terminal and Ghostty, the glitch s follows appears

Expected behavior

This should not happen obviously

Additional Information

It was hard to show this error w/o recording a video, but as you can see on a screenshot, the lines appear multiple twice and at some point, you don't really know what you're looking at!

What's interesting is... this glitch only appears on the first page! When I scroll down with arrow, and I am still seeing initial page, I am seeing two/three lines selected. But as soon as the items start scrolling (so I go beyond what's initially visible), it is fixed and just the current item is highlighted.
