Describe the solution you'd like

The Strands SDK being used as a way to implement agents (including tools) within the application rather than Bedrock Agents.

Why the solution needed

While not necessary, I was both curious if this was even a consideration given the heavy documentation and adoption of the Strands SDK within AWS as a whole, and whether or not it may offer some major improvements or ease of use as the framework for the Agents.
