Upgrade Intl Version

Because device_preview >=0.7.0 depends on flutter_localizations from sdk which depends on intl 0.18.1, device_preview >=0.7.0 requires intl 0.18.1.
So, because Sonic depends on both intl ^0.19.0 and device_preview ^1.1.0, version solving failed.

actually u can downgradeintl in your project to 1.18.1, it works fine on me
