Publications.py not adding a category.

If I run publications.py, all publications are lost. The reason is that the script forgot to output the category.

Add

md += """\ncategory: manuscripts"""

to publications.py, otherwise publications won't show up.

It's actually a bit more insidious than that since the way the Publications page is setup has been changed but publications.py was never updated to the new format. So the script needs to be updated with a new column for the category to follow the same structure as the *.md files in _publications.
