Feature Description

• create an all day event that spans a few days
• place your mouse somewhere near the end of the all day event rectangle
• start dragging the all day event
• notice all day event moves instantly so that the mouse is aligned to the beginning of the rectangle.

We want the all day event to maintain its position regardless of where the mouse was positioned during drag.
