Downside Deviation in Backtest Statistics

Expected Behavior

Calculate the downside deviation on the conclusion of a backtest -- and ideally as an optimization parameter.

Add a rolling component to calculate the downside deviation on a period basis as well.

Actual Behavior

No statistic available.
