As The Quantum Team, data analysts, for the regional rail operator managing multiple routes across the country. The executive leadership wants a unified, interactive Power BI dashboard to address key questions:

  1. How many tickets are sold daily, and which routes generate the most revenue?
  2. What percentage of trains arrive on time, and which routes are most prone to delays?
  3. What are the causes of delays? Are the issues reoccurring? Which routes are affected? What are the financial implications?
  4. Do most customers buy tickets online or at the station, and which payment methods are most popular? And what are the peak purchase times?
  5. How often do passengers request refunds, and is there a correlation with delayed journeys?
