Port 5349 and Docker setup

I am following the docker setup, running Jitsi behind a reverse proxy (Nginx Proxy Manager).
Then, I wanted to look at the firewall overview, to open the ports.

I see this:

5349 TCP => For fallback network video/audio communications over TCP (when UDP is blocked for example), served by coturn. Required

However, I do not have the stun server enabled and the config and docker compose files do not contain any port number like this.

jitsi-docker-jitsi-meet$ grep -r 5349

Is this documentation outdated? Nobody seems to open that TCP port.
