Hello Devs!!

I'm trying to replicate remove self intersection and degeneracies as provided in MeshInspector, can you please provide the default settings used in the Application.

Your self-intersection fixes code is correct for these settings, is there any other actions that you perform in the code?
Could you please provide the mesh, so we could reproduce it on our side (you can attach to our email: support@meshinspector.com not to share it publicly if you want)

Mesh Healer applies several iterations if one is not enough. Here is simplified repair script that utilizes default parameters:

It seems to be working fine in your case (please verify using latest version of MeshLib)
