[FEATURE] Add CI to Run Fastchess Compliance Check and Simple SPRT #22
Description
Would be nice to have a CI action that:
- Builds fastchess
- Builds byte-knight
- Runs the UCI compliance check
- Does a small/quick SPRT test of the PR code versus
