Add 'at-a-glance'/comprehensive view of settings/security for each Forum Group/Forum #651

Is your feature request related to a problem?
Clicking in/out of Forum Groups/Forums in the Control Panel to review settings and security is cumbersome. We've been hyper-focused on improving the end-user experience, performance, and technical underpinnings of the Community Forums module. And yes, while the Control Panel may be, ahem, dated, it does the job--and it's typically only used by a handful of site users who are usually pretty tech-savvy. That being said, one of the painful aspects of the Control Panel is navigating and looking at settings for each Forum Group and/or Forum.
Describe the solution you'd like
Provide an easy way to navigate, view, and/or report on Forum Group/Forum settings and security. Not going to rewrite or build a new UI for the control panel. Just want a way to see what's set up so you can more quickly make changes. Needs to include inherited settings as well settings (if you've used effective access in Windows to look at inherited security, similar concept).
Additional context
Not saying it's going to happen anytime soon. And no, this isn't a task to re-write the control panel. Just a spike to keep it on the roadmap.
