Information Content Entity (ICE) is a Generically Dependent Continuant (GDC). As such, instances of ICEs cannot bear realizable entities. However, there are reasons to allow at least some ICE instances to bear roles and/or functions. This is a task for the creation of a pull request that can be evaluated for enabling this.
