Extend download information

- [ ] rename "manifest.json" to something more understandable for the user: **general_metadata.json**
- [ ] add: Download source: [URL] e.g. https://www.bexis.uni-jena.de/
- [ ] add: Download date time: [now]
- [ ] add Downloaded by: [user display name] | "anonymous"
